Registration fee for participants includes the following services: admission to all scientific program, and
exhibition area, congress materials, coffee breaks and admission to the Welcome Reception on December 3.

Registration fee for accompanying persons includes admission to the Welcome Reception on December 3,
and a guided sightseeing tour in Pécs

Other services:

Lunch
The registration fee doesn’t include the lunch. Lunch for each day can be booked and paid via the online registration system.
Price: 3.900 HUF/person/day

Gala Dinner:
Dinner with wine tasting, in a wine cellar in Villány. Bustransfer between the hotel and Wine cellar will be provided.
Price: 15.000 HUF/person


PAYMENT:

Please note, that early registration fee will be applied only with payment until September 30.

Room reservations will be guaranteed on a first come first served basis. Participants are recommended to reserve their hotel rooms until September 30, 2020. After this deadline requests will be accepted, however, hotel rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.


METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Proforma invoice can be download from your online registration account.

All fees need to be assigned to the beneficiary’s bank account in full. Please make sure that the bank fees related to payment are covered by the payer.

Upon receipt of the correct amount, we will issue the invoice. Please note, that the invoice will not be send automatically. Please contact the Congress Secretariat to ask for your invoice.

In case of invoice modification, the Congress Secretariat charges 1200 HUF administrative cost.


CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

We accept cancellation only by e-mail sent to the Congress Secretariat.

In case of cancellation until October 7, 2020, no charges will be applied.
For cancellation received until October 21, 2020, 30% of the full amount will be charged.
For cancellation received until October 25, 2020, 50% of the full amount will be charged.
In case of cancellation after October 25, 2020, no refund will be available.
